Privacy Policy

This policy applies to:

• Homeowners and individuals whose contact and property information is processed through our platform in connection with outreach from our contractor clients.
• Contractor clients and their team members who access and use the Lead Finder App.
• Visitors to stricklerconsulting.io.

We collect and process the following categories of information:

Contact and identity information — Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Property information — Home address, estimated property value, property age, ownership history, square footage, and permit history sourced from third-party data providers including ATTOM Data Solutions and public records.

Business information — Business name, industry, geographic service area, and team member details for contractor clients.

Communication data — Records of email interactions, SMS messages sent and received, appointment bookings, and opt-in or opt-out events.

Usage data — Pages visited, features used, login timestamps, and actions taken within the Lead Finder App dashboard.

Directly from you when you fill out a form, book an appointment, reply to an email or SMS, or contact us directly.

From third-party data providers including ATTOM Data Solutions, People Data Labs, Outscraper, and Google Maps/Places API, which supply publicly available property and business contact data.

Automatically through our platform when you interact with outreach sent on behalf of our contractor clients.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate lead lists for contractor clients based on their defined targeting criteria.
• Enable contractor clients to contact homeowners who have expressed interest in their services.
• Send SMS and email messages on behalf of contractor clients to homeowners who have provided consent.
• Confirm and remind recipients of scheduled service appointments.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Lead Finder App.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We send text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. All SMS messages sent through our platform are delivered by an automated AI messaging system on behalf of our contractor clients. Consent is obtained through one of the following methods:

Email opt-in: A recipient takes one of the following affirmative actions in response to an outreach email:

• Clicks a call-to-action link in the email
• Replies to the email
• Completes an appointment booking through a Calendly form

At the point of email-based consent, the following disclosure is displayed:

“By clicking this link, you consent to receive text messages from [ContractorName] regarding your service inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”

Inbound SMS keyword opt-in: A user may also opt in by texting any message to our toll-free number (+1-888-273-4365). Upon receiving an inbound message, our automated system sends the following opt-in prompt before delivering any other content:

“Hi! This is the AI assistant for [ContractorName]. Reply YES to confirm you agree to receive text messages about your service inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

No further messages are sent until the user replies YESto confirm consent. By replying YES, the user provides express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from the contractor's AI assistant. Consent is stored with a timestamp and the user's phone number.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at grant@stricklerconsulting.io. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Outreach emails sent through our platform include a clear unsubscribe link in compliance with CAN-SPAM. Clicking unsubscribe removes your email address from all further outreach from that contractor client.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information in the following circumstances:

With contractor clients — Homeowner contact and property information is shared with the contractor client who purchased the Lead Finder App service for the purpose of scheduling and completing home service appointments.

With service providers— We use Supabase for data storage, Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

For legal compliance — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of Strickler Consulting, our clients, or the public.

All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and contractor clients on a need-to-know basis.

We retain homeowner contact and property data for the duration of the active client relationship and for up to 12 months following termination of service. SMS and email consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to support compliance documentation. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of SMS or email communications at any time

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact grant@stricklerconsulting.io.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
