1. Services

Strickler Consulting Inc. provides AI automation consulting and custom agent development for small businesses. All services are described in a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before any build work begins.

2. Payment Terms

A one-time build fee is collected via Stripe before any build work begins and is non-refundable. Monthly usage and maintenance fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All agents, workflows, and automation systems built by Strickler Consulting remain the intellectual property of Strickler Consulting Inc. Clients are granted a license to use their agents while an active service agreement is in place. Upon cancellation, all workflows and agent access are terminated.

4. Limitation of Liability

Strickler Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the most recent billing month.

5. Service Availability

Agents are monitored during on-call hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Issues are acknowledged and triaged within 48 business hours of detection. Grant provides 72 hours written notice before any leave period.

6. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, all agents are shut down and no access is transferred to the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
